FUNCTIONS:

The FUs are the operating arms of the Agency that are concerned with the direct implementation of plans and programs in accordance with approved policies and standards.

The FUs undertake the operations within their respective jurisdictions and are directly responsible to the Executive Director. Each FU is headed by a Senior Agriculturist, SG 22 (also called as the Regional Officer) and assisted by Agriculturist II, SG 15 positions (also called as Provincial Officers).
