CAIP ISSUANCE
REMINDER:
Booking of an appointment for the issuance of the CAIP is solely for the purpose of issuing bill forms and facilitating the payment of fees at the FPA cashier. At this stage, the submitted application must have already been verified as complete by the FPA through BOC’s National Single Window (NSW).
Please be advised that any transactions that do not meet this requirement will not be accommodated, even if an appointment has been secured with the FPA.
