Clients intending to avail of laboratory testing services for pesticide samples at the Laboratory Services Division (LSD) are required to secure an appointment through the online booking form provided below.

Please ensure that your documentary requirements have been reviewed and verified by LSD prior to your visit. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your appointment.

All required documents must be uploaded via a valid and accessible shareable storage drive link. Kindly grant viewing and downloading access to lsd.pesticide@fpa.da.gov.ph.

  • LC Analysis: Php 3,130 (per active ingredient per sample)
  • No. Visual verification of your samples will be conducted upon your visit.
  • Photos of test samples and analytical standards are required if the request for analysis will be endorsed to an FPA-recognized laboratory.

No. Electronic copies submitted through the storage link will suffice for your submission. You may only bring your samples on the day of your visit.

Laboratory fees are not yet included in the Link.Biz online payment of FPA. However, we are currently working on it.

  • For formulated samples: 100 grams for solid samples, 100 mL for liquid samples
  • For technical samples: 5 grams for solid samples, 5 mL for liquid samples
  •  Analytical standards/reference material: 100 mg for AIs with an existing LSD method, 250 mg for AI with a new method (for method validation)

  • For clients submitting multiple samples with different active ingredients, separate appointments must be booked for each active ingredient. However, all sample submissions and payments shall be completed during the first scheduled appointment. Clients will not be required to return on the subsequent appointment dates.
  • Please manage your sample submissions with respect to the capacity of the lab. The appointment system is tailored to accommodate one active ingredient (max of four samples) for LC analysis and another one active ingredient for GC analysis.

The regular turnaround time for each analysis is 20 working days. You may start the Day 1 count of the turnaround time 24 hours after the submission and payment of your analysis request.

No. The LSD appointment system is only intended for pesticide sample submissions to FPA-LSD.

  • Send an email of request for sample endorsement to lsd@fpa.da.gov.ph with the following attachments:
    • Certificate of Analysis of formulated samples and technigal grade materials
    • Certificate of Analysis of analytical standard
    • Photos of the actual samples and analytical standard
    • Quotation (or any proof of communication with the recognized lab)
  • After review of the attachments, we will send a notice of endorsement to the recognized lab. THe client may then proceed to the submission of their physical samples to the laboratory.
