Non-recognition of deactivation or deferment of renewal of Certificate of Product Registration (CPR)
and License to Operate (LTO)

The Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority (FPA), pursuant to its authoriity under Presidential Decree

No. 1144, hereby informs all concerned stakeholders that requests for deactivation or deferment of Certificates of Product Registration (CPR) and Licenses to Operate (LTO) shall no longer be recognized, given due course, or accorded any legal effect.

All stakeholders are further advised that renewal applications filled beyond the expiration date indicated in the CPR and LTO shall by operation of the existing rules and regulations, be subject to the applicable surcharges, without exception and without regard to any prior request, or notification previously submitted to the Authority.

All parties are advised to be guided accordingly.
